ATLANTA – FEBRUARY 15, 2012 – eSecuritel, a Brightstar company, announced today that Jenn Taylor has been promoted to president of eSecuritel’s North American division.
As president, Ms. Taylor will oversee the operations and management of 45 U.S. operators and retailers that offer eSecuritel’s wide range of handset protection programs.
Prior to her new role, Ms. Taylor served as eSecuritel’s chief marketing officer. Under her leadership, the company quadrupled in size, adding more than 30 customers that carry eSecuritel’s cell phone insurance and replacement programs, and boosted subscriber satisfaction to unprecedented levels.
She also has expanded service offerings to include service warranties, customer retention programs, and combined manufacturer’s warranty and insurance programs. eSecuritel has maintained an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
Taylor joined the company in 2006 and has 25 years of marketing experience in customer relationship programs, lead/prospect cultivation, marketing strategy, and process management.

Taylor has an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and prior to joining eSecuritel, she held leadership roles at American Express, Intercontinental Hotels Group, and AOL. She has also served in key positions at Allconnect and Xerox Corporation.
